Significance of our
Emblem

1. Flower:-  Spiritual living means living with an endowed mind, I.e. a mind which is tension-free, satisfied, peaceful and cheerful. A flower can make the human mind peaceful and cheerful with its fragrance, color, and tenderness. The numerous semi-circles on the outer edge of the emblem indicates a flower.
2. Vaishvik:- The research of Spiritual-Science or spiritual science encompasses the entire period from the creation of the Universe till it´s dissolution and from the beginning of life in the Universe till it´s end. It is in this sense that the word Vaishvik or Universal has been used. Spiritual-Science is a perfect science of the mind which is beneficial for the entire mankind in this world. Thus the word "Universal" also signifies that this science has worldwide significance.
3. Adhyatma:-  means additional knowledge about oneself and one´s spiritual living with an endowed mind.
4. Vidnyan:-  signifies special knowledge based on research that provides appropriate answers to all relevant questions and enables a spiritual seeker to be free from all doubts.

5. Peeth:-  An institution that offers coordinated spiritual, cultural and educational guidance.
6. Dnyanvidnyanmayosi:- "You are an embodiment of wisdom and Knowledge" Adhyatma Vidnyan shall only remove the veil of ignorance that surrounds your mind.
7. Centre of Emblem:-  Tremendous heat, extremely bright light and the reverberating sound of Omkar emerged when the universe came to existence after the Big-Bang. As the heat energy began to cool, it led to formation of matter and the gross universe with stars, planets etc, while the light and sound proliferated through in all directions. The eight white triangles in the centre formed by the eight radii indicate light proliferating in eight directions. The seven colors of the rainbow that emerge from white light are shown in seven concentric circles at the centre. They also symbolize the seven musical notes that emerged from Omkar as sound waves from the seven concentric circles.
8. Centre-point of the Emblem:-  Self-Realisation is the ultimate experience of spiritual practice. At the moment of self realization, a seeker (might) experience of being engulfed both within and without by reverberating resonance of sound or brilliant light. At the centre-point of the emblem, is the figure of a seeker seated in the lotus posture, in a state of Samadhi and being completely enveloped by sound and light. Thus our emblem symbolizes self-realisation.

About Us

´Vaishvik Adhyatma-Vidnyan Peeth´ ie; Universal Spiritual-Science Foundation´ was founded way back in 1990, though initially it was known as ´Spiritual Science Center´. It was renamed in 2006. H.H.Bhanudas has carried out research on mind, for more than three and half decades, diligently. Based on his studies and findings on mind, H.H. Shri Bhanudas started weekly Prabodhinis (Spiritual-Science Classes), wherein he guided the spiritual seekers to understand and imbibe Spiritual-Science, which helped them to develop and inculcate a proper vision or attitude towards life. He also equipped them with tools to face the ups and downs of their life.

Vaishvik (Universal):- H.H. Bhanudas has established that Spiritual-Science is the perfect science of mind and does not differentiate between religion, caste, creed or tradition. In fact Spiritual-Science encompasses all the religions of the world, and it is for the betterment of mankind. Therefore the word ´Universal´ is most appropriate. In this context H.H. Bhanudas also put forth this statement that:- mind is an eternal energy and it pervades the entire Universe, including all living beings in the world. Man dies and the soul leaves the body encaged in the supraconsious mind or Antahkaran, which is in a micro state. Until this antahkaran is free of all sanskaras (mental impressions) and is completely purified, the soul has to take a rebirth. Spiritual-Science helps man to become tension free, purify his mind by removing all sanskaras, which in turn will help him to reach his goal of freeing himself from the cycle of birth and death.

Adhyatma-Vidnyan (Spiritual-Science) :- In Sanskrit: Adhyatma is Adhi+Atman, which means, "to know more about one´s self". One´s self is body and mind together i.e. the physical and the spirit together. Adhyatma in English means spiritual. Here again spirit means the soul. Spirit also means energy, power of mind, nature or character of man, which again is related to the mind. Spirit also refers to man´s feeling of cheerfulness and depression. Therefore here H.H. Shri Bhanudas says that Spiritual-Science or Spiritual Science is the perfect science of mind. Since it is a science it analyses & studies the mind and gives solutions to be tension-free and live a cheerful and blissful life and which is applicable for the entire mankind!

Peeth (Foundation):- The word ´Peeth´ relates to something sacred and a place or institution of cultural, spiritual or educational studies, just like Vidyapeeth, which means University. The Peeth or foundation uses the huge bank of library, wherein H.H. Bhanudas research findings are compiled. These studies are given in the form of lectures, over the last more than two decades. These studies form the basic study module or course material for all the prabodhinis, as well as all the educational seminars and workshops conducted by the foundation.
